About Insider: Marketing tool for brands to connect with customers via push notifications, WhatsApp, Email etc.
The objective is to help marketers create and edit email designs faster using natural language, directly within the Email Campaign Builder.
Problem Statement 🥲
Creating emails in a drag-and-drop editor requires marketers to manually structure layouts, write content, and make design decisions. This makes email creation time-consuming, especially when starting from a blank canvas or making multiple iterations.
Solution 💡
An AI Email Design Agent embedded directly into the Email Campaign Builder, allowing marketers to generate and edit email designs using natural language while retaining full control over the final design.

The feature was launched in Beta, with early users showing strong adoption:
